We gather AV requirements from your meetings teams, coordinate with the AV vendor, assemble the AV invoice, and work closely to optimize costs.

• Gifting & Swag 

We help source, ship, and deliver thoughtful gifts and branded items for an unforgettable guest experience.

• Hotel Communication & Management 

We manage all hotel logistics: rooming lists, BEOs, deadlines, and run-of-show alignment.

Our trained team joins your event to manage everything onsite; including vendor setup, hotel coordination, shuttles, room drops, and last-minute changes; so your staff can stay fully engaged. 

• Flight Management (Per Person Fee) 

We act as a concierge travel agent for your attendees. We book strategic flights, manage changes directly with guests, and provide a full flight matrix and cost summary.
