Because we work with a large client network and have strong relationships with hotel sales teams, we can negotiate better rates and more favorable concessions than you’d get booking directly.

We stay active in industry associations and continuously build partnerships with hotels and vendors worldwide, which means we bring insider knowledge to every search.

For multiple All Hands retreats for one of our clients, we sourced full-resort buyouts at stunning properties in Panama City (Panama), Park City (Utah), Porto (Portugal), and Santa Rosa (California). Each hotel offered between 115–150 rooms — the perfect size for exclusivity — and was within an hour of a major airport. These resorts featured ideal meeting and event space, scenic surroundings, and access to once-in-a-lifetime activities tailored to varying energy levels.

Our trained team joins your event to manage everything on the ground — vendor setup, hotel coordination, shuttles, room drops, and last-minute changes — so your staff can stay fully engaged.

We act as a concierge travel agent for your attendees. We book strategic flights, manage changes directly with travelers, and provide a full flight matrix and cost summary.

Client Highlight: An 80s Dance Party in Destin, Florida

We transformed a ballroom at our Destin hotel into a vibrant 80s-themed dance party, complete with arcade games rented from a vendor in Tampa, a light-up dance floor, and neon lights. Despite a freak snowstorm that year—which nearly derailed the arcade delivery—we successfully managed every detail. We convinced a local restaurant to stay open despite widespread closures and safely transported all guests there through the snow. When flights were canceled, we handled last-minute changes and shuttle logistics, ensuring everyone returned home smoothly and stress-free.

We recruit, interview, and train each contractor to align with your culture and event goals. We manage their travel and logistics so they arrive prepared and informed.
