Each hotel offered between 115–150 rooms — the perfect size for exclusivity — and was within an hour of a major airport. We transformed a ballroom at our Destin hotel into a vibrant 80s-themed dance party, complete with arcade games rented from a vendor in Tampa, a light-up dance floor, and neon lights. Despite a freak snowstorm that year—which nearly derailed the arcade delivery—we successfully managed every detail. We convinced a local restaurant to stay open despite widespread closures and safely transported all guests there through the snow. When flights were canceled, we handled last-minute changes and shuttle logistics, ensuring everyone returned home smoothly and stress-free.
